Everyone has something that their heart desire to make happen. 

But most people get caught up in the daily grind. 

We all have to make a living. 
So many of us spend great energy and most of their day doing what they have to do instead of what they want to do. 

But the fact is that you already know very well what you need to do to make the kind of life your heart desires and you deserve.

Question is how to take action every day regardless of how busy you are with what you have to do. 

Here are the tips to help you move forward.  

① Decide to make progress 

Regardless of what you have to do on a daily basis, you must make a real decision to take time and do what matters to you the most, no matter how small the step. 

There is a moment in time when you make a true, strong, and irreversible decision to make progress in your life. You simply need to decide.


② Make a Commitment for at least a week first. 

Decide the specific time frame for how long you are going to execute your plan first. As you might have already noticed, If you haven’t done exercise for three years and suddenly decide to do it every day for a year, the chances of you following through on what you decided is slim and none. 

Do it for a time frame where you think is doable. 
Self- discipline is like a muscle.  You need to develop it over time every day. Regardless of how small a step you take towards what you want, the methodical nature of disciplining develops like a muscle You cannot lift a 100 pounds dumbbell overnight. 

It’s time for you to step up when you feel comfortable, following through on what you decided to do. Continue this over the specific time frame you originally planned. 

③Come up with a few things you have to implement every day based on the result you want each week. 


Think of the results you will gain as the reward of you implementing what you decided to do just for the chosen time frame. 
Without you seeing the target, you cannot hit. Without knowing what your goal is, you cannot achieve. 


Close your eyes and visualize what you will gain from implementing what your heart knows is important to creating the life you want during the time frame.  Think back on the result you visualized and decide what you have to do every day to achieve that result.

④    Start doing it Today.

Who is a wanderer?  

Wonderer is a person who does n’t know what he/she is passionate about, What their hearts gravitate toward, and what they like to do. Because of these reasons, they keep doing the job that they are not passionate about...

The importance of doing the job you love has been increasingly recognized by the society in recent years. 

It can be said without any doubt that the famous Steve Jobs Stanford Commencement Speech accelerated this trend. 

There was an increase in the number of people who got inspired by this trend and left their job in the pursuit of doing the job they truly care about.  

However, in the midst of this trend, the number of wonderers increased also. 

People who don’t know what they like to do, who don’t know what they are motivated by professionally.   So they keep doing an uninspiring job with the hope of finding what motivates them someday.

How No Fear + No Experience = Getting It Done

Whether she’s getting ready for a new client session or a presentation, life coach Miyako Kobayashi usually will over prepare. According to her, the reason on big prep stems from a complex of rookie syndrome.  “Typically it’s normal human conscious insecurity,” In Miyako’s words. “The concern to not be ridiculed, or be made fun of —  we all can relate to those memories as children — even if they leak into our feelings as an adult.”  Given our 2nd nature for edification, planning and knowledge before key situations, Kobayashi confesses an effective way to prep for a new situation is to simply not prep.


 

GET PAST “THE HOW WILL I DO HEAD TRIP”

Those who are habitually over prepared have the “HOW WILL I DO HEAD TRIP,” or desire to affirm an expert authority status as Kobayashi puts it.

Her solution to shut down how will I do head trip, is to simply acknowledge that you are still learning and others will know and accept this.


 

IF KNOWLEDGE IS THE CLASS THEN EXPERIENCE IS THE TEACHER

Kobayashi clarifies that not much is learned from preparation. Ideally to learn something, she says, is to engulf yourself in the experience. Plainly put “total immersion learning.”

When people go into a new situation, whether it’s making a speech or trying a new sport, they tend to make preparation the focus. A better solution would be one making the experience the true educator.

Kobayashi confirms having a "how will I do head trip" is a common hindrance with clients. She determined she could educate them on appreciating new experiences by educating herself in real time. Last July, she sent out a broadcast in her newsletter she would be hosting a live YouTube video for the 1st time.

 

“At breakfast the morning of I was visiting my sister.  I suddenly became very nervous ... I had 2nd thoughts about  about actually doing no prep work ,” Kobayashi recalls.

She had written a quick reminder to reference all her speaking points, she says, in the event she became paralyzed with fear. This was the extent of her preparations.

“So I literally grabbed some coffee and got right to it.,” Miyako recalls. “ It was like, ‘I don’t really have experience in this, but I’m going to tough it out regardless.”

In short it was a success.

 

Creating the atmosphere for her clients to observe her learn she also gave rise to aiding their learning in real time.

HOW TO ELIMINATE THE FEAR OF NO PREP

Stress is one of the greatest elements keeping individuals away from making transformational achievements in both their own and expert lives.   1. No Is An Answer Too, A Healthy One.

 

As a driven and exceptionally energetic individual, I have come to the realization that one of the hardest things to learn throughout the years has been to state "NO" more regularly. When you are hoping to elevate your life and business to the next level saying "yes" and consenting to each and every open door that presents itself is second nature.  

 

The Technique: On any given day have a list of your 3 main priorities that will have the most impact on your business or life each day. When a choice needs to be made or there is a new opportunity, I always reference that list.  Doing so will give me a clear distinction on what my decision should be and manage time consumption.

 

   2. Boost Endorphin Production Routinely.

 

The Technique:  There is no better way to jump-start your day than with a fast workout.   Ideally 2 workouts a day.  The goal is to bring up the endorphin levels during each day.  Doing so will positively increase your energy and even work efficiency.  The best method for this would be cardio.  If not 2 workouts certainly 1 before the end of the business day.




 

   3.  Don't Consume Just Any Food That Is Convenient For You.

 

Snacks are not evil, but if you don't consciously eat food that is properly nutritious you will rob yourself of elevated performance and your daily productivity will certainly be negatively affected.

 

The Technique: Tailor your efforts to your needs.  1 such way I implemented was to have my blood tested to see what my direct deficiencies were.  From that point, I contacted a nutritionist to instruct me on the best foods to eat and maximize performance based on my test results and particular needs.

 

   4. Become Better By Helping Others Reach Their Goals.   

 

The Technique: 1 of the best feelings is knowing you have made someone's day a bit better.  Try sending a simple email to someone or even several people you are grateful for.  Just quick line to say thanks for whatever they may have done recently that made your life easier.  This truly reduces stress and increases morale among your colleagues, family, and network.  


 

The Result: Within a few weeks of changing my diet, reducing clutter and stressors I felt like a more effective version of myself. Happier and healthier. Abundance and success mean nothing if your health is not as it should be.  Make sure it stays a priority using the 4 techniques I have explained.
